    The Bluetooth Module was dead on arrival, it would not function in several Mercedes that we tried it in. The seller was patronising and very difficult about the return. BUYER BEWARE!

    Thankfully we have sold hundreds that arrive perfectly. Perhaps this one was damaged in transit. Buyer refused to return it. We cannot claim compensation without it so we need it returned. Buyer wanted a returns label. How can we provide an Australian shipping label if we are located in the UK? (daft request) Offered to send funds via paypal for the return, buyer ignored. We didn't want to send a replacement in case this was damaged too. Refund offered. Dodgy car dealer! Beware of Alex @ BM EURO
