Avoid this seller as their returns policy does not guarantee a refund which is why goods are returned. They are quite happy for the buyer to foot the bill to return the product but a refund is not guaranteed. I bought earplugs from them at a cost of £30. I used them once and found they were useless. They will not refund me because I have used them. How am I supposed to know if they work without trying them? I have had a refund in the past for earplugs with another seller. Do not buy from them.

YES THAT IS CORRECT AS EXPLAINED TO YOU IN MESSAGES AND ALSO STATED IN THE LISTING RETURNS ON THESE EARPLUGS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS! WE ACCEPT RETURNS NO PROBLEM IF THE ITEM IS IN THE SAME BRAND NEW CONDITION AS ORIGINALLY SENT , ALSO THE RETURN POLICY IS FOR BUYER TO PAY FOR A RETURN UNLESS THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. UNFORTUNATELY USED EAR PLUGS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND (as would be the same for example with a used toothbrush!!)
