Seller sent ROKU device as an open box. It was missing the HDMI cord, batteries and double-sided tape. I contacted the seller and they sent the HDMI cord and I agreed to replace the batteries and tape. The item does NOT work!!
Seller refused to refund. He recommended that I sell it to someone else. I will NOT sell a broken anything!
Truly disappointed and feeling ripped off. My mistake, never again with this seller.
