Asendia UK seems like a terrible company to use. I got a message at 11-25 this morning when I was out but my cleaner was in saying my parcel had been delivered today at 14-33!! That was 3 hours away. No parcel has been delivered and nobody has rung my Ring football either. Has anyone else experienced problems with Asenfia? I put in a contact request and was told I would be called very soon. Thst was over an hour ago and their website is a nightmare
