I returned jacket to them but was amazed to see snotty reply saying return was an excuse and it zips up! What a poor and unnecessary comment to make and clearly not read my reason for return or sniffed the jacket! The Jacket is fine. This smell which "would not go" is nonsense. The Jacket is back and fine and is normal. The smell excuse is for a seller paid free to them return. If you blast the garment with chemicals for a Febreze style smell upon arrival, you get buyers unhappy with that too. Melodramatic stories which are absurd nonsense do not impress me.
