I paid for 37 but received 36 blades. I notified the seller who said they thought they shipped all of them but would look for the missing one. After not receiving a response, I sent another message to seller asking for a refund of one blade. Seller said they didn't do partial refunds and to return them for a refund. That is additional effort to re-package them and drive to a post office, so I kept them and instead giving a poor review.

All blades were counted and sent, buyer trying to get partial refund and I told them to send back for full refund if they were not happy with purchase but they didnt want to send back. Then tried to extort me with feedback I will let Ebay handle this now.
