However, when an item is in New condition or still FACTORY SEALED we have no reason to believe suspicious activities are involved and would NEVER intentionally sell or list otherwise!!!!!. . As far as the box being damaged, we made a clear notation of "Moderate Box Damage"...but I guess you missed that???
