I got this new dyson hair dryer from Japan. Seller promised me it will work in us . When i received it , plugged it in and it wont turn on. Try to contact seller for help and request a return but i didn’t get any support from seller. I feel like i got scammed from this seller. Imagined you spend over $600 for hair dryer as a gift for my wife and end up receiving an item that cant be turned. Please watch out for this seller, they tried to sell you thing not working.

We sold brand new, unused products that were purchased from the Dyson official shop and have never been taken out of the box.
