The item (HIOKI DT4282) is brand new as stated by the seller and obviously works as it should.
It has a great interface, easy to work with. Way, way above any Fluke meter I have ever used or owned.
The quality is purely unmatched by Fluke. It is simply a better meter than Fluke in every way.
I like it very much because it has a dual display, a 600 M Ohms range !!! and the probes are gold plated.
The continuity testing function is "Blazing fast" and it even shows me a BRIGHT RED LCD background.
