Not the seller's fault, but item arrived about 10 days late after over a week of no movement in the tracking updates. Also, packaging and items were crushed and dented from shipping. Seal and container were not punctured so item (drink mix) was still usable. Overall, I lost confidence the item would actually arrive, but it did show up eventually just not in great condition. I'm not blaming the seller, but shipping didn't go well.
