These items were delivered 2 months before this claim of damages was made. Buyer has never contacted about any damages. Left negative feedback without any communication. Still no response after I offered a refund. Will be reporting to eBay as a false claim and abuse of feedback. I will always work any issues out with my customers. The first step would be communicating a problem.
