The boat is unevenly hung with wires that I replaced some inadequate threads with. I think that the cord might have been replaced at one time. I do not know how safe the wiring is so I leave it to the buyer to make that determination. Other than a tiny amount of some kind of green substance in it, the cord looks fine. The dark curved piece for holding the boat appears is not original. The aluminum colored one is held in place by a screw and does look original. The dark one can be easily removed. The lamp might benefit from a cleaning. I think that the areas between the rocks and other areas that look dusty were made that way./ As you can see, it lights up. I do not know the bulb is or how long it will last. I do not see any cracks or breaks. Otherwise, my photos should give you a good idea of its general condition.”
