i was worried about having a CRT shipped in the mail especially with FedEx being very reckless over here and usually damage everything i order, but the seller packed the monitor very well with bubble wrap and packing peanuts so it did not get damaged during shipping. plugged in and it turned on and works well. only negative is i sent a message about writing "fragile" on the outside of the box but never got a response. otherwise great seller and packs very well.
