Seller said the lure was mailed with tracking. I was only bidder at a low opening bid price. It was never delivered in over 30 days. They did reply to my messages, but would not provide the tracking number to confirm mailing. Then said a refund was sent, but I did not recevie it in over a week. I tried to work with them, but Ebay told me to turn it over to them I hate to leave negative feedback (my first ever), but this is the first problem I've had since joining Ebay in1999.
