The Turbo Tax software I purchased from you wouldn't load up. My IT guy contacted Intuit, and they tell us that this was a pirated copy, and that license key had already been used. Intuit has cut your back trail, and you can expect contact from
them. Also, you owe me a full refund. I have spent hundreds in hourly IT fees on this, so don't piss me off further.

So, you don't contact me directly to address an issue? You just leave a negative review with threats? The listing is EXACTLY as described. I explained that it was used for only one return and it was. It was bought from Turbo Tax and I have the receipt. It worked for me just fine and I DID NOT register the product. I have sold these in the past with no problems whatsoever. I'm sorry you had an issue, but it's not with me or the listing.
