When we received the item it did not work. We did contact the seller and went back & forth with emails regarding the item. He stated he turned it on but had no receiver to hook it up to. We decided to contact ebay and realized after several attempts, it was a repetitive responds from the seller stating the subwoofer was working. We are requesting a full refund because the item is not working at all. Please inform us of the steps we need to take to resolved this matter. Thank you very much.

An exemplary scam from a buyer who doesn't have any purchase history on eBay and tried to scam and get a perfectly working item for free. Kept demanding to "discuss things over the phone and off of eBay", and a full refund without EVER processing a proper return on eBay, although we provided them with specific info on how to do so. Then rushed to post a negative feedback on our profile that has been 100% positive for 15 years. We urge you to beware and block this buyer ASAP!
