Bought cell phone knowing it was locked into T-mobile. No biggie, my provider is T-mobile! When received, spent hours updating S/W, transferring data, installed T-mobile SIM card noticed it was still locked?! Called T-mobile, was told to wait 0-48 hrs for an unlock. After 50 hours, called again, was told to wait up to 72 hrs. Called after 90 hrs. 3rd rep told me it had been locked because a balance was still pending! Was sold a phone with a balance pending! Set me back near 3 weeks!
