Item received quickly, packed very well. Accurate description. I purchased a pre-owned Grandstream HT-701. I played with it enough to understand that a not-new ATA is in many cases locked down by the provisioning service, and that administrative access is removed. If the ATA is properly removed from service through the provisioning service’s portal, it could then be useful to another owner. If it’s just yanked from the router and sold, it’s electronic scrap, unless you’re a super-hacker.
