The 'fully functional' laptop I ordered wasn't actually functional as the touchpad and keyboard ( two pretty critical pieces of a laptop ) don't work. Seller offered a refund that I never actually got and then stopped answering my messages altogether. Won't be buying from them again and highly recommend that others don't either.
