Item came destroyed and unusable due to lack of stable packaging. 2 boxes taped together, smh. Conacted seller, said would refund any purchases I made to repair, since I have the ability to do so. 2 weeks later repairs have been completed and the item is as good as new-ish finally. Reached out to seller again to communicate what steps had been taken to accomplish what I should have received upon original purchase. I also told him/her no worries about a refund... Haven't heard a word in return..
