The product box was very well wrapped, but inside all the pieces were loose, smashing each other. What a waste of time, energy, materials, and items. This could have been prevented with two minutes and a square foot of bubble wrap. The refund is appropriate, yet I would have preferred to get the functional items that I ordered. Beautiful functional items turned into trash. Disappointed.

The item mentioned it was slightly used, but there is minimal damage to it and is like new! There are some marks, but majority of them were able to washed off with some wipes. This item comes with the original strap, which was also in good condition/no staining. I wasn’t in a hurry to receive this item, but relative to when I purchased it, given that it was an international/Japanese shipper, it came pretty quick!
