Unfortunately you did not order a chair. You ordered and paid for the side tray for the chair which was £19.99 not £74.99. We have offered you the chance to return the item through eBay returns for a full refund which you have chosen not to do. I am sorry for the confusion but you cannot make the purchase without selecting one of the options so we feel this feedback is very harsh.
