First time I waited over 5 days for the package to ship (I had to message to get an ETA) I gave them the benefit of it being a 1 off. Had several timely purchases and then this last time I waited 6 days and items didn't ship, I messaged and the response was shipping today. I received tracking info on 2 of the 3 items but the third still no tracking. I messaged again and no response. I ended up canceling. Will not use again.

Although it was in the Touchstone box with a Touchstone description paper inside, the item did not have original tags as advertised in the listing. This experience is not at the same high level my other ebay purchases have been at.
