THE SLIDE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM, WHEN MOVED FROM SIDE TO SIDE, REVEALS FOUR INNER BRASS SLEEVES THAT WILL EMERGE. THESE INNER SLEEVES MOVE FREELY AND THEY CONTAIN NO NEEDLES.
