Unit arrived with damage around the wire terminals from it being used and missing wire terminal hardware. Talked to the seller and he said that I must have damaged it. I gave him a chance to make things right, and he would not without me returning it. The unit did work but was not in the shape that it was sold under. I need this unit in my facility so I cannot return it. I would not have given a negative review if I wasn't blamed by the seller.
