There are several segment of the old route for US highway 89 in Arizona that have been designated as Alternate Routes (89A). My favorite location is by the Vermillion Cliffs & Jacobs Lake (for access to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon). This pin probably refers to the segment near Prescott, Arizona.
