Frame had a flaw that could easily have been overlooked, but made them unusable for me. I purchased knowing policy of “no refunds.” I sent a message to seller regarding the flaw in the frames, and acknowledged the no refund aspect. I wanted to give feedback to the seller, and share my disappointment in the item. Seller responded and provided a full refund, which was unexpected and generous. I believe this seller truly cares about the customer experience.
