There is little marks on the front cover at the top around Van Vorst. The back cover has a dark color at the bottom. Inside cover at the top written in pencil is 50 with a cent sign. Page 2 which is blank, there is what appears to be a line of black magic marker. Pages are yellowed from age. A few pages look like they have some minor spotting/stains but it is from old age. Edges of the book are rough but I believe it is how the book were made 100 years ago. Binding is intact, as is all pages.”
