I absolutely dispute this claim, we use heavy duty cardboard boxes and additional protective wrap to keep parcels as safe as we can in transit. yes absolutely some couriers drivers have no respect over our products hence the reason we go above and beyond to ship parcels out with such protection. disappointed you could not have contacted me prior to leaving feedback as in all cases we would have resolved any damage caused by the courier service and we could have issued a formal complaint.
