It took 17 days from date of purchase to get my order. Wrong item was sent. I paid for a foundation makeup but receive a lip gloss. The return process was smoother than I thought. Warning though, use the sellers' packaging and your own tape or it will cost you at the post office. I realize stuff happens and that's fine. I was just hoping for a little communication and genuine concern.
