Received 2 new, in the box kits as described and shipping was timely. It can be a little deceiving due to the Pertronix part #, but these are NOT Pertronix parts. Instead they are just a generic copy. That's my fault for not following the "if it seems too good to be true.." mantra. Otherwise, only time will tell on the quality.
