Hello Zach. I am really sorry to read this negative review. I would have much rather provided you with a refund than have negative feedback on my profile. I have been buying and selling for 24 years (joined in the summer of 2000) and I have never had a negative review. There have been customers who were confused, unhappy or simply had money priorities change and I would always accept a return. And I pay for return shipping so the customer wasn’t out any money. I’m really sad to see this!
