first. I can't control what the post office charges for shipping this item. It was heavy & big.I communicated with you so many times, I never advertised this item had a key. I called the manufacture, they confirmed no key for it & doesn't need it& I communicated that 2 u. I cared about your concerns, responded & searched 2 look for what u are asking for. I didn't dump this item on you, I was using this item for few years & it worked fine for me and once I was done, I sold it as I always used it.
