I understand other people will try to make fraudulent return request however, we are an actual company so as I could not cancel the order once it shipped due to it not being the correct item I was looking for. I had to wait to receive the item. I did not even open the package. I submitted over all angles of the package to assure it was never opened or used to request my refund and that request was declined right away. I don't think I would go through with this seller ever again.

Buyer purchased brand new part, he received the correct part as advertised, after he received it he started return as "Ordered by mistake", his return was declined because this part was listed as "No Return". Buyer misdiagnosed his appliance and ordered wrong part.
