      The item arrived broken. The seller wanted me to send a video showing that it was inoperable. Then the seller wanted me disassemble the item and check the wires before they would authorize a return or refund. I told them I wasn’t trained, nor qualified, nor comfortable disassembling an electrical device. This went on back n forth. Luckily for me, e-Bay stepped in and issued my refund. Thank you e-Bay.

      The buyer purchased two items from our company. One was broken during shipment. According to the product situation, we were happy to send the refund to the buyer directly. I'm sorry for this unhappy experience.
