Shipping was good, very fast and great packaging. Only negative thing is the magnets on her head fell off and I had to super glue one magnet back on the head but lost the other one. So one hair piece can’t go on currently but not a big issue. Another issue is the clothes are fragile and the brown pants she came with were already ripped so I sewed it together
