Stones started falling out on first time wearing and continued to fall out. Very embarrassed to have gifted it. Seller offered an exchange or refund over message and said this has never happened before, but I didn't want an exchange as was worried this would happen again with a different item. Sent for a refund, seller received item but didn't refund in ebays 3 day policy period- I waited out of good faith but after 7 days opened a dispute as there was still no communication or refund issued.
