    Not sure why the neutral feedback... buyer should be extremely happy... buyer received 57% off the original price! I only charged for what it costs to ship. The discount was 3 times more than the shipping costs... Not cheap to ship 2 large glass trees with insurance. They were packed extremely well and arrived safely!
