Seller doesn’t know how to accept a canceled order request. Giving me a hard time and I was trying to help them out. Overcharging for shipping and automatically billing me isn’t cool either. Seller is now claiming they don’t know how to cancel the order and process the refund. They sent me a screenshot showing not enough funds on their linked credit card to issue a refund. I have to get eBay involved and they are impossible to get a hold of. This is really poor service. Grade F-
