Seller was contacted and stated that every order is packed with brown paper and taped securely. Not in my case with only one strip of clear tape holding the box together with address label barely holding on. When asked, seller blamed post office for the box and eBay for the high cost of shipping. No resolution or further communication. Never had items received like this one.
