The seat I purchased was definitely new looking and came as described. Unfortunately the seller took five days before they finally dropped it in the mail and didn’t bother to contact me to let me know about the delay in shipping. I had to contact them after four days and they said they would ship it the following day. I paid the same day I won the auction, so I didn’t see any good reason for the delay or lack of communication. But the item was in good condition and did eventually come.
