I'm sorry you were disappointed in the earrings. I really am. But it's not my fault you were disappointed. The earrings were in "NEW" condition. I did not design or modify the earring. I never even wore it. Feedback is meant to reflect the quality of the seller and the purchase experience, not the merchandise. I would appreciate it if you would consider changing your neutral feedback. It's not fair to blame me for what you admitted was a design flaw.
