One of two was not New(Other) was modified ve the seller. we wasted time to test and return. Model name on the label was rewritten by the seller, not original.

Customer is correct that we sent a modified motor. We are a repair facility with expertise in repairs and modification of Indramat motors. They required a motor with keyway and we modified a new smooth shaft by adding the keyway. Unfortunately we failed to communicate this ahead of time and we take full responsibility of that. The motor was new but we modified it to have the keyway like we do for all other customers needing a hard to find Rexroth motor.
