Highway Robbery. Took 10 days to get here. I paid immediately upon buying the dress. The dress is available NOW at better retail stores for $598.00. Clearly this is a fabulous deal. But ! To be sent a Designer Dress in a plastic bag & charged $18.00 ? I don’t think so.
