I ordered a Snuggle Scent Boosts "Blue Iris Bliss" container because that scent is now a discontinued product. I placed the order on May 27 and it's now June 8th and still haven't received the product. Contacted the seller and the seller informed me that the container had now been switched to Blur Iris Bliss with Ocean Breeze, which isn't what I ordered and can get at my local Walmart and that it was being shipped. Seller did offer a refund but im just ready to be done with this experience.

Buyer ordered 3 pairs of latex cleaning gloves. Seller had one on hand. Seller tried to get 2 more pairs to fulfill order. Buyer sent seller 5-10 messages a day regarding order. Seller shipped the one latex pair and 3 pairs of the exact same glove in latex free. Buyer got 4 pairs for the price of 3. Seller informed buyer of the substitution and asked buyer to let seller know if there was any problems with the substitution. Buyer never objected to substitution or sent seller any messages.
