I had issue with the tools the first time trying and left for work shortly after and I missed the returned window to exchange it. Now it have to go with a warranty claim which take time without the tool. Shipping was very expensive and same for the US taxes. Found this item in canada for 500$ cheaper. So very disappointed purchase, faulty battery when received, over payed and because I'm a soldier and had to go away I lost my returned window
