Item was not New old stock as advertised, it was used as evidenced by rust, dirt, and green paint overspray. A new starter would have been black. The starter would not fit my military small engine, A032. The seller, KLC Surplus, advertised no returns, I'm out $158.32 for something I can't use. This is my first and last time using eBay.
