Controllers arrived DOA. Would not charge at all. Asked seller about returning them but with no returns accepted, I was going to have to spend $15 to get them back. I finally opted to buy some new lithium ion batteries instead (which also cost me $15). I had to completely disassemble the controllers and solder the new batteries in place since they technically aren't removable. This resolved the issue. I reported to the seller on the additional work and money with no response.
