Excellent customer service. The fly rod I ordered was shipped the next day and I received it within 5 business days. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the wrong model flyrod. There was no hassle returning the rod in the same shipping package and there was a pre-paid mailing label. They even contacted me to see if there was anything they could do. Once they received the rod my card was credited the next business day. I thought customer service was was exceptional.
