    I am SO unimpressed with the product and their support. Bought this for. Customer of mine so I had to book an appt and travel to them only to find I got a defective sensor. So I contacted them and gave them my report along with pictures. They agreed to refund me but now they’re going back asking for a video. Unless they plan on paying me $300 for my 2 visits min call out fee. I’m so sick and tired of their back and forth not answering my Q’s I have to ask several times. DO NOT BOTHER
